Yeovil Town Football Club have started an initiative to encourage more kids to Huish Park.
Along with the popular “Kids for a Quid” promotions this week the club will be distributing over 1,000 “Kids go free” tickets to local schools running our soccer coaching courses and all our development centres.
A club spokesman said: ”Manager Gary Johnson is always keen to encourage our young supporters to the club and we all feel that this is a great initiative at a time when everybody is finding the economic climate taking its toll.
“If the promotion goes well the club have promised to run it again on future matches in the next couple of months.”
The club have also entered into a partnership with Wincanton Race course who will be distributing the “Kids go free” vouchers with race cards at this Thursday meeting.
