The 21-year-old put pen to paper on a new two-year deal to keep him at Huish Park until the summer of 2019.
In his debut season for the Glovers, Khan featured 38 times netting on eight occasions and was the club’s leading assist maker.
After signing on the dotted line, the young playmaker was quick to thank manager Darren Way for giving him an opportunity to showcase his talents.
“I’m really happy to get it all sorted and I’m looking forward to working with the gaffer again next year,” Khan told YTFC.net.
“I’ve been to other clubs before and not been given the chance. He’s given me a chance to prove myself and it’s nice to be able to repay him by signing a new deal.
“I’m looking forward to playing at home again in front of the fans. It’s a nice positive atmosphere at Huish Park and can’t wait to get going out.
“Hopefully we’ll have a good positive season next year.”
