Yeovil Town Chairman Scott Priestnall has joined the Board of the National League, after his nomination was confirmed at last week’s League AGM.

Scott who was nominated for the position by two existing Directors of the league, has been a high-profile advocate for innovation in League operations and his confirmation as a Director is being interpreted as a very proactive step.

Commenting Scott said “I am very honoured to have been nominated and I look forward to working with the board to help drive the league commercially and aid clubs through this season after what has been a difficult time for everyone.”

Scott took part in his first full Board meeting this week.
