Yeovil Town are delighted to announce the signing of Sonny Blu Lo-Everton on loan from Watford until 15th January.
Already possessing National League experience with Wealdstone, the exciting attacker can play across the all the forward positions.
Last season with the Stones, Sonny made four appearances in the National League, scoring twice.
A familiar face to Darren Sarll, the youngster spent time with the boss as a 16-year-old, whilst he was academy manager at Watford F.C.
Just over two years on, Sarll & Sonny link-up once again, but this time in Somerset.
Speaking to ytfc.net after signing, our latest addition said; “It feels great. We’ve got a good bunch of lads here, and with the Gaffers’ sessions, it’s been enjoyable!
“I think he (Sarll), brings the best out of me, he’s great to work under.
“I can’t wait to play under the fans at Huish Park, it will be unreal!”
During his time at the Vale, the 18-year-old caught the eye playing against Town, coming on as a substitute and providing a creative spark, a performance which became the catalyst for his loan move to Huish Park; “Where’d I’d played against Yeovil for Wealdstone, the club have said they like me, and need a player like that.
“From there he was straight on the phone to my agent!”
Welcome to Somerset, Sonny!
