Yeovil Town are delighted to announce the signing of Finley Craske on a youth loan agreement from Plymouth Argyle until the end of the season.
A highly thought of academy graduate, he made his EFL debut on the final game of the 2020/21 League One season, as a second half substitute against Gillingham.
The 19-year-old, who is comfortable in both the defence and midfield, has starred in multiple games for the Pilgrims this pre-season, including a cameo appearance off the bench against the Glovers.
Last season, our latest addition spent time on loan with Plymouth Parkway, helping them to promotion, reaching the Southern League Premier Division.
After joining the academy at Home Park at just seven years old, he has worked his way through the youth ranks, signing his first professional deal with the Pilgrims in June.
Now looking to further his development, he heads to Somerset hoping for a taste of National League action.
Commenting after his loan switch was confirmed, Craske said, “It feels really good to be here. I can’t wait to get going.”
Manager Chris Hargreaves added, “Finley is another positive addition to the squad. He is someone who is highly thought of at Plymouth.
“He’s a young player, who is eager to learn and make the most of his time here, not just for himself, but for Yeovil too.
“He can play in multiple positions and his versatility will add to what we already have.”
Welcome to Huish Park, Finley.
