The Town boss was forced to name just four substitutes for the midweek loss to Luton Town in the Checkatrade Trophy due to suspension, injury and ineligibility.
Alex Lawless and Liam Shephard are back in contention after serving one-match bans in the competition, while loan trio Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro, Owain Jones and Kabongo Tshimanga were all cup-tied.
Defender Darren Ward was rested, while fellow centre-back Alex Lacey is “close” to returning following a knee injury.
“We’re looking very, very good,” Way told YTFC.net.
“We had one or two of our influential experienced players out on Tuesday who will be back ready to fight for the club on Saturday.”
Left-back Ryan Dickson (groin) was substituted as a precaution at Kenilworth Road and is fit for the visit of Orient, but the game comes too soon for Otis Khan who is still out with an ankle problem.
Kevin Dawson misses out due to suspension.
