The Hatters academy product limped out of Town’s 1-1 draw with Hartlepool United on Saturday during the first-half, being replaced by veteran Darren Ward.
After the game, Darren Way told YTFC’s official YouTube channel that they were will still awaiting further detail on the 23-year-old’s injury.
“We don’t know the extent, obviously it’s sore and tough to bend, but he’s a quick healer.
“He’s frustrated in there but I said ‘keep your head up, because you never know you could make a quick recovery.’
“We’ll be doing our best to make sure these players get the right preparation going into Tuesday.”
The Glovers are already without the suspended duo of Liam Shephard and Alex Lawless on Tuesday, as well as the cup tied trio of Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro, Owain Jones and Kabongo Tshimanga.
