Well known in the area, Jamie was electrocuted at work in December 2016 and received life-changing injuries.
Having kept in close communication with those close to Jamie, Town manager Darren Way agreed to take his side to the Special Effect Stadium for a charity match, with proceeds going towards the former Frome player’s fundraising.
Tickets for the match are available on the day with further donations able to be made here.
The encounter will be Yeovil’s fourth pre-season friendly, having already taken on Weymouth, Bristol City and Llanelli Town.
Way will still be without Stephane Zubar due to injury but will have the services of defender Tom James who returned in midweek at Llanelli having suffered concussion in training.
Five of Town’s summer signings will be on display in North Somerset with those who can attend are urged to come and support Jamie who will be at the match.
