Darren Way’s side are unbeaten since the opening day of the season and make the trip north after the comfortable 2-0 win over Stevenage last time out.

Alex Fisher’s fourth of the season and Sessi D’Almeida’s strike were enough to record the first win of the campaign at Huish Park to lift Town into the top 10.

On the road after back-to-back home matches the green and whites will be looking for a repeat of their last away outing which produced the 4-0 thumping of Notts County.

If history is to repeat itself, Yeovil will have to do so without the services of Stuart Nelson (calf), Shaun Donnellan (thigh), James Bailey (knee), Rhys Browne (hamstring) and Francois Zoko (knee).

Both Tom James and Wes McDonald limped out of last weekend’s win, with the former awaiting the results of a scan whilst the latter is fit to play.

Adding reinforcement, new recruit Omari Patrick is likely to go straight into the squad for the trip to Blundell Park after arriving on loan from Bradford until January whilst Middlesbrough loanee Enes Mahmutovic will join up with the squad after returning from international duty with Luxembourg.

Patrick could make his debut against a Grimsby side who’ve recorded one win from their first five matches in a start to the campaign plagued by ill-discipline.

Recording a red card in each of their last two matches Michael Jolley’s side have suffered three dismissals in total.

Head-to-head
Grimsby have three victories from the six EFL encounters between the two sides.

Meeting solely in League Two the Lincolnshire outfit have won all three matches at Blundell Park.

However, Town won the last meeting in January with Lewis Wing, Rhys Browne and Jake Gray securing a 3-0 win.

Officials
Thomas Bramall will be the man in the middle in Lincolnshire.

In his first season as an EFL official, it will be the first time he’s taken charge of a Town match.

Mr Bramall will be assisted by Barry Gordon and Simon Clayton with Paul Graham acting as fourth official.
