Shaun Donnellan (Republic of Ireland Under-21s), Enes Mahmutovic (Luxembourg), Rhys Browne (Antigua & Barbuda) and Sessi D’Almeida (Benin) all departed Somerset for time across the globe.
Yeovil’s captain in recent weeks, D’Almeida, enjoyed a milestone spell with his country. Playing Algeria home and away in their AFCON qualifying group, the 22-year-old came off the bench in the 2-0 defeat in the Stade Mustapha Tachaker stadium but played 90 minutes in the reverse fixture whilst scoring the winner in a 1-0 win.

Elsewhere, Donnellan missed Eire’s trip to Israel in their UEFA U21 Championships qualifier due to suspension but returned for the 2-0 defeat to front-runners Germany in Heidenhaim.
Fellow defender Mahmutovic enjoyed a mixed trip with his national side. Playing the second half in the 1-0 defeat in Belarus, the Middlesbrough loanee watched on from the bench as Luxembourg romped to a 3-0 win over San Marino in their UEFA Nations League qualifier.
Continuing the winning feeling, winger Browne played 90 minutes in Antigua’s 6-0 friendly win over the Bahamas, in their only action of the break.
All four will now return to Somerset, but D’Almeida will miss the clash with Tranmere Rovers on Saturday due to suspension after accruing five yellow cards.
