With the Summer break upon us and Yeovil stories for our offical web site hard to come by for the next couple of months we will be putting all our efforts into other areas.

Firstly we will be looking back on our adventure in the SkyBet Championship with a review of the season along with relevant articles that we have published in our programme Green and White.

Not everybody buys a programme so we thought it would be great to reproduce some of the many interesting interviews we featured in the programme, so watch out for them.

Then of course there is that small event going in in Brazil.

Yes it’s a World Cup year and we will be doing our best to get some interesting stories and people to give us their take on the great event.

New Sky Sports and BT Sport summeriser and former Yeovil Town defender Adam Virgo will be giving us his regular thoughts on all the games taking place on our YouTube channel.

We are also delighted to announce that another former Yeovil Town player, goalkeeper Asmir Begovic, will be giving us his take on the competition from a player’s point of view.

Asmir will be giving us his thoughts next week as the countdown to Brazil begins and we are hoping to be able to get reports on his progress with Bosnia direct from Brazil if all goes according to plan.

If any other players with Yeovil Town connections are picked to go to Brazil we will also be trying to make contact with them.

The last World Cup saw an Octopus forecasting the results and rumours are rife around Huish Park that a local pig called Clarence, posses the same unique insight ahead of the games.

We are currently negotiating an exclusive contract with Clarence’s farmer owner for the football mad pig to feature on www.ytfc.net. Watch this space!
