The 22-year-old spent the second half of the 2017/18 season on loan at Huish Park from Southampton but is back in Somerset for a second spell.
Making the permanent switch from St Mary’s by signing an 18-month contract with the Glovers, the Yeovil fan is eager to help lift the club up the Sky Bet League Two table.
Born and bred in the town, Seager told iFollow Glovers: “When this came up I jumped at the chance to come back. All my family are from here, I love the club, I’m a fan first of all and I want to help the club as much as I can.
“I give 100% for any team I’m at but when you’ve got that extra connection with a club, it fires you to do everything you can to get the club in a better position and that’s what I’m here to do.”
Back for a second stint as a Glover, the former Saints attacker is looking to make a name for himself at his boyhood club.
Scoring once in seven appearances whilst on loan last season, Seager returns in a determined manner.
“I’m raring to go,” he said. “I feel I have a point to prove to everyone so I’m really looking forward to it.
“I know most of the players, there are some new ones but I feel like I can settle straight in. Last time it took me a few weeks to settle in but now I feel everything has changed.
“The core of people here last year are still here so I’m looking forward to working with them again.
“I’ve had doubters over the last few years but I’m here to prove everyone wrong and show everyone I’ve still got it and I believe I have.
