Darren Sarll has added to his striking options with the signing of 33-year old Chris Dagnall.
Signing on until the end of the season, forward Dagnall adds a wealth of experience alongside a history of consistent goalscoring.
Most recently of Tranmere Rovers, Dagnall was part of the side that won promotion from League Two via the play-offs last season.
In a total of 491 Football League appearances spanning from 2003-2019, the forward bagged 121 goals.
Dagnall began his career at Tranmere in 2003, but it was his time at Rochdale that proves a real highlight.
In his four years with The Dale, Dagnall proved to be a reliable talisman, netting on 57 occasions.
Following his time at Rochdale, Dagnall enjoyed successful spells at a number of clubs, most notably Leyton Orient & Crewe where he bagged 44 goals in 144 appearances.
The forward now arrives in Somerset, in the squad to face Woking, ready to bolster Sarll’s attacking threat.
