The Glovers followed up their emphatic 4-2 victory over Reading Under-23s in the Checkatrade Trophy with an impressive draw at Wycombe Wanderers.
Kevin Dawson’s penalty was Town’s first league goal in four games and helped Darren Way’s side to their first point of 2017.
Yeovil’s last win in League Two came against Crawley Town at the beginning and Way will be looking to rectify that at Blackpool tomorrow.
The Tangerines are winless in three league games and have slipped to 12th in the table after a spell in the play-offs.
In midweek, the Lancashire outfit progressed to the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup with an extra time win over Championship club Barnsley.
Kyle Vassell is Blackpool’s top scorer with 11 goals in all competitions, while Brad Potts is one to watch with five assists and six league goals to his name.
Head-to-head
Town have won three out of nine matches against the Tangerines (D2 L4).
The Glovers were victorious on their last visit to Bloomfield road, running out 2-1 winner back in 2014 thanks to goals from James Hayter and Tom Lawrence.
Darren Way’s side will be looking to exact revenge on Gary Bowyer’s side after losing 3-0 in the reverse fixture at Huish Park.
Referee
Cark Boyeson (East Yorkshire) will take charge of his 23rd game of the season at Bloomfield Road.
The Yorkshire-born referee handed out five yellow cards in Town’s Emirates FA Cup replay against Solihull Moors in November, and has awarded 76 yellows and two reds in 2016/17.
Mr. Boyeson will be assisted by Chris Isherwood (Lancashire) and Alf Greenwood (North Yorkshire) with Gary Hilton (Lancashire) acting as fourth official.
