Yeovil Town players Luke Ayling, Byron Webster, Lewis Young and Sam Foley were on hand today to open the new Children’s Library in Yeovil.

 

The Jolly Green Giant also joined the four first team players along with children from the town to officially cut the ribbon on the new area in the main library.

 

The library has been temporarily closed since 6 May for extensive refurbishment works to take place and new self-service equipment to be installed.

Following on from the official re-opening, Yeovil Library will also be welcoming two authors for special events as part of the celebrations. Both events are free of charge but visitors need to book a place for the events at the library enquiry desk.
