Lo-Everton began his career at Watford, joining the club's academy in 2011. He was later featured in The Guardian's Next Generation 2019 list, recognised as one of the top young talents in Premier League academies.
He went on loan to National League club Wealdstone for a short spell, where he played a key role in helping the team secure its position in the fifth tier. After making several appearances for Watford in pre-season friendlies, Lo-Everton was loaned out once more at the start of the 2021–22 season to Yeovil Town. There, he reunited with former Watford youth coach Darren Sarll and contributed to Yeovil's 1–0 win over League Two Stevenage in the second round of the FA Cup.
In September 2022, Lo-Everton signed a one-year contract with Derby County. On 27 February 2023, he rejoined National League side Wealdstone on loan until the end of the 2022–23 season. He was released by Derby County at the conclusion of the 2022–23 season.
On 24 July 2023, Lo-Everton signed for National League South club Yeovil Town following a successful trial. After a standout 2023–24 season, which saw Yeovil promoted back to the National League as champions, Lo-Everton had his contract extended by a year.
