Jed Ward is a talented goalkeeper who joined Yeovil Town on a season-long loan from Bristol Rovers in August 2025. A product of the Rovers’ youth academy, Ward signed his first professional contract with the club in February 2021 at the age of 17. He made his professional debut for Bristol Rovers on the final day of the 2020–21 season against Blackpool. Over the next few years, Ward gained valuable experience through several loan spells, including stints at Swindon Supermarine, Prescot Cables, Hungerford Town, Wealdstone, and Forest Green Rovers.

During the 2024–25 season, Ward impressed at Forest Green Rovers, making 28 league appearances and keeping 10 clean sheets. Following his return to Bristol Rovers, he made 18 appearances in League One before joining Yeovil Town. At Yeovil, Ward is expected to play a key role in the team’s goalkeeping department for the 2025–26 season.
