Murphy had to replaced soon after grabbing the opening goal at Ebbsfleet in midweek whilst Collins was withdrawn at half-time.
Confirmed as hamstring injuries after full-time by manager Darren Sarll, the Glovers boss has issued a further update on their prognosis.
“They’re struggling as of now, which is a shame because we’re thin. You never realise how stretched you are until these things happen.
“Players such as Murphy and Collins, their influence is huge. I think we caught it at the right time and took them out of the game.
“Collins wanted to play through, but I would rather not risk it and miss him for one or two games rather than six to eight. It’s far too early to tell in terms of a timeframe, but you’re looking at a minimum of two weeks.”
