The Glovers have only suffered two league defeats in 10 games at Huish Park, winning and drawing four apiece.
Currently 18th in the division, there is only one way Santos and the squad are looking.
“It’s very tight and if we win Saturday we can push up the table,” he told YTFC.net.
“Everyone in the squad is positive no matter what happens.
“You’ve always got to look up; it’s the best thing to do. If you look down, then it’s being negative.
“Our home form has been good and hopefully we can continue that and climb up the division.”
In midweek, Yeovil recorded their third win of the season over League One opposition in AFC Wimbledon to progress in the Checkatrade Trophy.
Back to league action, Santos is expecting a different sort of contest against Lincoln City when the Imps visit Somerset on Saturday (3pm).
He said: “The game we’ve got coming up will be different to the game on Tuesday.
“I watched them (Lincoln) in their FA Cup run last season; they played Arsenal and beat some big teams to get to the quarter-finals.
“They’re very physical, probably more so than we are, so we’ve got to match them and use our strengths.
“We’ve got our threats and know where we can hurt them; we have to use those threats like we have done with other teams.”
