The experienced wide man puts pen to paper on a contract in Somerset after impressing during pre-season and returns to English football after a spell in Kazakhstan with FC Kaysar.
A Martinique international, Arquin began his career in France which included spells with Nancy, Paris Saint-Germain B and Nantes before a move to Hereford United.
After netting nine goals in 38 appearances in League Two the 30-year-old enjoyed time with Notts County prior to a stint in Scotland with Ross County and St Mirren.
Moves abroad to Turkey and Sweden followed before a short stint with Mansfield in the second half of the 2016/17 campaign.
Comfortable using either foot and able to play further forward, manager Darren Way was delighted to capture Arquin’s services.
He told YTFC.net: “Yoann adds yet more experience to our squad and knows what League Two is all about.
“He’s hungry to return to English football and we’ve given him a platform to show what he can do, so he needs to demonstrate that winning mindset to become a big part of this team.
“His pre-season performances have excited those who’ve watched and I look forward to seeing more of that in competitive action.”
