The Glovers travel to relegation-threatened Newport County on Good Friday, before hosting Crewe Alexandra on Monday.
A win at Rodney Parade in the first of the two matches would give Yeovil a 10-point gap between themselves and the drop zone, and Lacey is keen to build momentum to ensure the club’s safety.
“The last games we have are very important, none more so than this weekend,” he told YTFC’s official YouTube channel.
“It’s a very important two fixtures for us. We’re looking to build some momentum going into the next few.
“We’re a very close knit bunch, we’re all working towards a target and we’re raring to go.
“Hopefully we can get some good results in the next few games to make sure we’re alright.”
Lacey has featured 42 times for Town this season – a campaign-high for the defender.
The former Luton Town man has become a regular in the heart of the defence and he believes he has improved as a player.
He said: "To get as many games as I have has been very good for myself.
“Every footballer in the team wants to play obviously and to do it for most of the season was a personal target of mine.
“I’ve always been in and around the first team at previous teams so getting a solid run of games has helped me a lot.
“It comes with performances. If you play well, you’ll stay in the team. Hopefully I can keep doing it and keep my place.”
