We’re pleased to announce the signing of Kyle Ferguson, who joins us on loan from Rochdale until the end of the season.

The 25-year-old defender, son of Barry Ferguson, came through Rangers’ academy before spells with Kilmarnock and Airdrieonians. He then moved to the United States to play college football for Medaille College, followed by a stint in Sweden with Ytterhogdal, before signing for Irish side Waterford.

Ferguson later had a spell with Altrincham before signing for Harrogate Town in June 2022. In February 2023, he rejoined Altrincham on an initial one-month loan, which was later extended until the end of the campaign.

On 23 June 2023, he signed a two-year contract with Rochdale, where he has spent the past two seasons adjusting to life in the National League.
