The former Manchester United academy player arrived from Barnsley in the summer and has featured 23 times for the Glovers already.
With Darren Way’s side just two points off the play-offs and six matches unbeaten in Sky Bet League Two, Khan told YTFC’s Official YouTube channel he’s enjoying life in Somerset.
“I’ve started near enough every game and I’m up there with the highest appearances this season, it’s great.
“I’m loving playing here and can’t wait until Saturday.”
Despite starting life at Old Trafford the winger struggled to gain first-team experience before arriving at Huish Park, but Khan has noticed improvements since enjoying regular football.
“It’s got me used to League Two football,” he said.
“At the start of season I’d not played competitive football before only Under-21’s, so I’ve been getting used to the tempo, seeing what teams are like and analysing them.
“I think I’m doing well considering it’s the first league competition I’ve played in!”
Town travel to Accrington Stanley this weekend after Tuesday’s home clash against Crawley Town was postponed due to adverse weather conditions.
With games still being played elsewhere Yeovil fell to 12th in the table but are just two points off the top seven, with Khan admitting the table is tighter than everyone expected.
“We’ve got a game in hand now which has been rescheduled for next Saturday.
If we win on Saturday and hopefully do well against Crawley, it’s going to put us in a really good position.
“I was quite surprised when I looked at table, there’s not much in it and it’s really tight this year.
“After Christmas we’ll hopefully start pulling away from some teams. With each team not too far away from each other it’s good to set goals.”
Tickets are available to purchase on the day at the Wham Stadium, but fans can still purchase them online or by calling the Huish Park Ticket Office on 01935 847888.
