Jimmy Smith has enjoyed his electric start to life as a Yeovil Town player, after scoring five goals in ten league appearances.
The midfielder, despite his red-hot form, remains focused at the task at hand; pushing the green and whites up the table!
Speaking to YTTV, the Crawley-loanee said;
“It’s not just about me, it’s about the team. Whether I score or not, the main thing is the three points, to make sure we are pushing up this table.”
“I do look to go into every game trying to score. I’d hope that, come January that I will be in double figures. So, I’ve just got to keep working hard to do that.”
“We can go as far as we want this season. Whenever any opposition comes to Huish Park, it’s exciting for them, they want one over on us. Teams will sit back, and it’s our job to break them down.”
