Just 270 minutes of Sky Bet League Two action remains to be seen in Somerset, with the Glovers looking to continue their solid conclusion to the season.
Having faced sides chasing promotion for five consecutive matches, Darren Way’s side have amassed a respectable points haul of eight losing just once.
Lewis Wing and Alex Fisher were on target in midweek as the Green & Whites held play-off chasing Swindon to a 2-2 draw at the County Ground.
Now preparing to take on the Chairboys, Yeovil will be boosted by the return of Ryan Dickson from a one-match suspension. Sam Surridge, who missed the trip to Wiltshire with a hamstring injury, could also be in line to return.
However, Town will still be without the services of Francois Zoko (suspended), Nathan Smith, Artur Krysiak, Dan Alfei, James Bailey (all knee) and Jake Gray (ankle).
For the visitors, they’ll be in action for the first time in a fortnight after their meeting with Lincoln City last week was postponed due to the Imps’ involvement in the Checkatrade Trophy final.
Perfectly rested, Gareth Ainsworth will be looking for top scorer Adebayo Akinfenwa (18 goals) to provide his side’s main threat, manfully backed up by veteran Craig Mackail-Smith (10 goals).
Head-to-head
The Glovers suffered their first ever EFL defeat at Adams Park in the reverse fixture.
Francois Zoko’s strike wasn’t enough to avoid a narrow 2-1 defeat in November, but Town will be looking for a repeat of the 4-0 win at Huish Park in 2009 when Kieran Murtagh, Jean-Paul Kalala, Jon Obika and Sam Williams secured all three points.
Since entering the EFL, Yeovil have won seven and lost just two of the 12 meetings.
Officials
Scott Oldham will be the man in charge on Saturday.
It’ll be the Lancashire official’s second match of the season involving Yeovil, having overseen the 1-1 Emirates FA Cup draw at Port Vale in December.
Mr Oldham will be assisted by Robert Dabbs (Dorset) and Christopher Kidd (Oxfordshire) with Matt Eva (Surrey) acting as fourth official.
