Yeovil Town manager Paul Sturrock has reported that progress is being made in the quest for new players and negotiations are taking place with several players at this time.

Talking exclusively to www.ytfc.net Paul said: "I am currently in talks with several players and I am hopeful of giving the supporters some good news in the coming days. Make no mistake the supporters will be the first to hear the news when we have anything to announce.

"I am still waiting to hear from the players we have made offers too with one being abroad on holiday so I do not expect anything more from them until next week at the earliest.

"It’s an exciting challenge that has given me a new lease of life and I am enjoying every day here at Yeovil Town."
