The 28-year-old is in his first full season with the Glovers and is currently their top scorer with five goals so far in Sky Bet League Two.
With Shaun Donnellan, Sessi D’Almeida, Rhys Browne and Enes Mahmutovic all back from international duty Fisher is confident ahead of their first game back.
Speaking to iFollow Glovers he said: “It’s been a couple of weeks and it was a time for us to regroup and get some injuries back and create a really competitive atmosphere and we’re heading into this game with bags of confidence.
“The main thing is that end of season we’re up there and these are the games that are very important so this is where we set a good platform to hopefully use as a springboard for future games.
“There’s more to come I think we showed early on what we’re capable of doing, last couple of games results haven’t quite gone our way so huge thanks to the supporters for getting behind us because that really drives us forward.”
This Saturday’s fixture with Tranmere Rovers is the first of two home fixtures in a row as the green and whites host Crewe Alexandra on Tuesday.
Fisher is aiming to build momentum on the back of two consecutive home fixtures and is focussing on the quality Town possess rather than the opposition.
“We’re looking at Saturday with two games in a row here at Huish Park and we’re looking forward to get full points and that will hopefully spring us up the table.
“You’re always aware of the opposition you know when we’re at home you want to dictate the tempo and the dictate the game.
“We’re going to be focussing more on what we’re about than what they’re about, we like to think that’s going to be enough come full time on Saturday afternoon.”
