Darren Way, Paul Terry and Steve Phillips joined the squad at the college which provides specialist further education services for young people aged 16 to 25 with a learning disability and complex needs.
Delivering a Christmas carol before taking a question and answer session, the squad then delivered gifts to the students which included replica kit and vouchers to come and watch a home match of their choice.
With a number of Town fans amongst the students, the players took the opportunity to thank them for their support and get involved with the festivities at Lufton.
Visiting Yeovil District Hospital later this week, the squad are taking time to spread some festive cheer around the town.
All at Yeovil Town Football Club wish the students and staff at Lufton College a very Merry Christmas.
