The Town midfielder scored a 25-yard free-kick to ensure Darren Way’s side came away from Gresty Road with all three points on Saturday, and said afterwards the squad are focused on reaching the higher echelons of the division.
“It’s brilliant, the Gaffer pulled us and said ‘look, if you believe in yourselves because I believe in you and we’re all believing in each other, there’s no limits as to what we can do as a team’.
“We’ve got to keep pressing and team spirit can win games and we’ve got a great team spirit so we’ve got to keep pressing on and pressing up the table.”
Yeovil have now won three consecutive matches in League Two whilst keeping a cleansheet in their last four fixtures.
Grimsby Town are next to visit Huish Park with the Glovers winning each of their last three outings at home, where Way’s side will be aiming to bridge the current one-point gap to the play-offs.
With Town sat fourth in the League Two form table for the last six matches having taken 12 points, Dolan is complimentary of the unity currently at the club.
“From the Gaffer’s staff, staff at the ground, the chairman, the board – everyone’s pulling in the right direction, everyone wants to go that way.
The fans were great (on Saturday) and didn’t shut up all game – everyone is going in the right direction and that’s what we want as a Football Club.”
