The Glovers skipper has been virtually an ever-present this season but feels the side have to find something extra in performances.
Speaking to YTFC’s official YouTube channel, the 30-year-old is targeting a strong end to the campaign.
“We’ve got 11 games left and we need to make them 11 big performances," he said.
"It’s one of them where we feel like you’re giving 100%, but can you give more?
“They’ve come into good form of late and we need to nullify that. When we’re at it, we can compete easily in this league as we have been doing.
“It’s a fine line; we dropped off the play-offs and away from relegation but it’s that bit of where does that extra 10% come from that we, as a team, can’t afford to let go.”
Morecambe lost just once in February, resulting in manager Jim Bentley being nominated for Sky Bet League Two manager of the month.
With a challenging trip to the Globe Arena ahead, Dickson is targeting the balance required between putting on a performance and scoring goals.
“We need to get that balance right," he said.
"We’ve lacked a little bit of the balance of getting a good performance and scoring which in the last few games.
“Everything is set in place. I can tell you pretty much what the player we’re playing against has had for breakfast, we’re that drilled. But we need to put that into practice.
“We’re an honest group of players – we have to be. We have to have that work-rate and as town we need that enthusiasm and togetherness because that’s what makes Yeovil successful as a place and a football club.”
Tickets for Town’s clash with Morecambe are now only available to purchase on the day, either with cash (turnstile) or card (Globe Arena ticket office).
