Yeovil Town are delighted to announce the appointment of David Byrne as their new Academy Head of Coaching and Under 18’s Manager.

David teams up with manager Paul Sturrock for a third time after  working together at both Plymouth Argyle and Swindon Town.

David joins Town with immediate effect and will be leading the under 18’s in their first season back after a two year break.

With the news of David joining the fixtures for the 2015-16 FL Youth Alliance Under 18 South West League have now been released.

Along with the league games the new academy team will be playing six pre-season games before their first league game away at Exeter City on 8th August.

The pre-season fixtures sees the academy start against Longwell Green on Saturday 11th July at Huish Park.
