The Club is delighted to announce W & S Recycling as their new shirt sponsors for season 2012/2013. Proprietor Geoff Thompson and Commercial Manager Tony Knowles were at Huish Park this morning to complete the deal.

W & S Recycling commenced trading in 1988 having obtained contracts with Dorset County Council for waste recycling in Weymouth and Sherborne where they still operate. The company now recycles a wide range of waste materials and has collection services all over the country.

The sponsorship agreement follows the publicity gained during the week from the “topless” photo shoot initiated by manager, Gary Johnson and a subsequent meeting held between Vice Chairman Norman Hayward and Geoff Thompson. Originally hailing from Newcastle, Mr Thompson has lived in Poole for many years and is looking forward to an exciting season in partnership with the Glovers.

We hope this will be the start of a long and mutually beneficial relationship. “
