Yeovil Town are delighted to welcome Phil Osborn to our coaching staff as our first team goalkeeping coach.
Osborn began his coaching career as part of Plymouth’s academy, where he worked for 18 months before moving across Devon to join Torquay United.
During his time at Plainmoor, Osborn was part of the coaching team which guided Torquay from the National League South to the National League promotion final, with his goalkeeper Lucas Covolan even scoring in that game.
After parting ways with the Gulls at the start of last season, Osborn worked with Tiverton Town as their first team goalkeeping coach.
Osborn now ventures to Somerset, as a member of the new-look Yeovil Town coaching staff!
Commenting after his arrival was confirmed, Osborn said; “I’m over the moon and very excited to join the club.
“After talking to the management and already knowing the rich history of the club, it was an absolute no brainer to take the opportunity and be involved in the new chapter.”
Welcome to Huish Park, Phil!
