Unbeaten in their first six matches and with five straight victories the Young Glovers put the Robins to the sword at Alvington.
On the front foot from the off, Town were boosted by the return of Gabby Rogers who linked up the with under-18s due to the first-team enjoying an international break.
Causing the visitors problems with his movement to get on the ball it only looked like a matter of time until the green and whites would take the lead.
In fact, Yeovil twice had the ball in the net in the opening 45 minutes but two marginal offside calls saw the score remain 0-0 at the halfway stage.
Wasting no time after the restart, Town finally took the lead on 48 minutes.
Captain Hong Wan’s fine pass found Rogers in space, with the winger threading a perfect through ball for Nestor Shako to latch on to and dispatch past the visiting goalkeeper when one-on-one.
Looking rampant, the Glovers doubled their lead just three minutes later when Rogers got in on the act himself.
Receiving the ball on the left he cut back inside to score with a right footed shot that went in off the inside of the post, marking his return to the Academy side in style.
With a monopoly on possession and territory, further goals only seemed like a matter of time and the in-form Shako soon doubled his tally for the day from the penalty spot.
After Rogers was brought down in the box, Shako made no mistake from 12 yards to grab a brace for a second consecutive match.
Now with five goals in three matches, Shako continued his hot streak and completed his hat-trick with 68 minutes on the clock to give Town a resounding 4-0 lead.
A lapse in concentration at a corner saw the Robins grab a goal back as the clock ticked down, but it proved to only be a consolation as the Glovers saw out a comfortable 4-1 win to remain top of the table.
