Yeovil Town Chairman John Fry today sent his best wishes for a successful outcome to fans in advance of Wednesday’s meeting at which it is expected a Supporters’ Trust will be officially established.
Mr Fry, who has faced criticism from certain circles, alleging a lack of communication, said: "I am well aware of the need for good communications with the supporters, who are the lifeblood of our club, and I continue to have an open door policy in relation to their concerns.
"I will be sending a message of support to Wednesday’s meeting from the directors and staff of Yeovil Town Football Club, and I look forward to hearing more detail about the aims and aspirations of the Supporters’ Trust. I hope that then we will be able to decide on a way forward that is mutually beneficial to both the fans and the club that we all hold so dear."
