Darren Way’s side sit 17th in the table having won once and drawn on six occasions in the last 10 matches.
After the disappointing defeat at home to Luton Town last time out, Yeovil travel to Morecambe this weekend looking for three points on the road.
Dickson, who’s featured 30 times this season in league and cup competitions, told YTFC’s official YouTube channel that sticking together is a must.
“We’re not a football club that can afford to dwell on bad results,” he said.
“Our intensity, I feel, needs to come up but we can’t get too disheartened.
“We’re a football club that needs everybody. We need to stay together as a town; Yeovil is a big part of this town.
“The fans are extremely proud of the football club just like the owner is and just like the manager is. We all need to stay together.”
Now in his second spell with the club, the 30-year-old played a pivotal role in helping Town avoid the drop last season.
Having helped to ensure Yeovil’s EFL status, Dickson is calling for patience as progress continues to be made.
“We’re one of those football clubs that aren’t always going to have highs – it’s hard to compete at times," he said.
“Everybody needs to stay together. It’s that type of place, type of environment and type of town.
“As fans, players and owners and manager of the football club, everyone needs to pull in the right direction and do what needs to be done to win football matches.”
Town travel to Morecambe on Saturday (3pm) with tickets available to purchase on the day.
