Reverting to a primarily black away kit for the first time since the 2009/10 season, the new design from manufacturer Sondico features green and gold trim on the sleeves and green detailing on the shorts and socks.
As on the home jersey, three stars sit above the badge to mark the Glovers 15th season in the EFL – with each star representing five seasons.
On close inspection, the shirt is of a checked design with dark grey squares offering contrast to the black.
The club’s main sponsor of Jones Building Group remains in the centre of the shirt with Thatchers Cider featuring just below the collar on the reverse.
Available along with the Glovers new 2017/18 home shirt from July 1st in the Huish Park club shop, fans will be able to get their hands on the new kits well in advance of the new campaign kicking off.
Black is back!
