Yeovil Town have signed Bournemouth midfielder Ben Whitfield on loan until January 2017.
 

The 20-year-old links up with fellow Cherries loanee Matt Butcher at Huish Park.

 

Whitfield, who can also operate as part of a front three, spent much of last season on loan with National League outfit Kidderminster Harriers, where he was named Player of the Year.

 

The former Bradford City academy graduate signed a new one-year deal with Eddie Howe’s side in the summer, contracting him at Dean Court until the summer of 2017.

 

Whitfield is available for selection for Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two fixture at Doncaster Rovers.
