The 30-year-old arrived at Huish Park in the summer and signed a six-month deal after impressing during pre-season.
Splitting his time as a Glover both on the wing and up front, the Martinique international boasts four goals in 24 appearances for Darren Way’s side.
With the green and whites yet to lose with the attacker on the score sheet, Arquin will now remain in Somerset for the second half of the 2018/19 season.
Commenting on his new deal, Yoann told YTFC.net: “I’m very happy to have extended my contract with Yeovil and already can’t wait for the rest of the season.
“I’ve enjoyed my time so far as a Glover and have loved working with the gaffer and the rest of the squad.
“With my future decided I’m determined to keep doing everything I can for the team, continuing at Tranmere on Saturday.”
After agreeing the contract extension with the attacker, manager Darren Way added: “Yoann has been a very important player for us in the first half of the season so to secure his services for the remainder of the campaign is a big boost for us all.
“Yoann knows he has to keep working hard week in, week out but his signature is a boost as we head towards the January transfer window.
“I look forward to continuing to work with him and seeing what the remainder of the season has in store.”
