With the current COVID 19 restrictions in place, it unfortunately does not look likely that we will be able to welcome fans back into Huish Park in January or February.
With this in mind, we would like to set out the continued options for you as a season ticket holder the next part of this season.
Please read the following options that are available to you:
I previously opted for Streaming access to games.
If you have previously opted to watch our matches via the Live Streaming service and wish to continue to do so, then you don’t need to do a thing.
Your account will continue to have access to all of our Home League fixtures and now with improved coverage from Outspoken Projects. New features will include pre/post match content, extra camera angles, improved picture quality and live action replays.
If you no longer wish to take advantage of this streaming coverage and would prefer a refund on the next 6 games or a full refund on all outstanding games please email – ticketoffice@ytfc.net. (Please note when opting for a full refund, as you would expect you would lose your priority window for buying tickets for games when supporters return.)
I opted for a refund on the first eight games but would now like to opt for access to the streaming coverage.
If you previously opted for a partial refund but now want to use the value of your season ticket against the live streaming service please email: ticketoffice@ytfc.net and request this. We will provide you with an Access Code to use on the streaming site for future games.
I previously opted for a partial refund and would like to request the next 6 games be refunded or request a full refund.
To request a partial or full refund on the outstanding value of your season ticket please email ticket office@ytfc.net with your request. ( if you request a full refund as you would expect you would lose your priority window for buying tickets for games when supporters return.)
With Staff currently working away from the ground as much as possible, requests for refunds will be processed as soon as is possible for us to do so.
