Yeovil Town have signed versatile left-sided player Alex Smith.

Alex joins Town on a month contract, but will not eligible to play in today’s game against Preston North End.

Smith is a product of the Fulham academy, where he spent a total of eleven seasons at the London club. He signed his first professional deal with in 2009.

While at Fulham the 23-year-old spent time on loan at Leyton Orient and Stevenage before joining Swindon Town on a one-year contract in 2013.
