What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a progressive coach and inspiring leader, with a deep understanding of the women’s game and a commitment to player development and team success. You will be responsible for all aspects of first-team management, including:

  • Leading coaching sessions and matchday operations
  • Shaping the squad through recruitment and retention strategies
  • Collaborating with youth coaches to strengthen pathways to senior football
  • Representing the club with professionalism and pride

Key Attributes

  • UEFA B Licence (minimum), with a proven track record in women’s or grassroots football
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Passion for building an inclusive, high-performance environment
  • Commitment to the club’s long-term goals and community values
