What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a progressive coach and inspiring leader, with a deep understanding of the women’s game and a commitment to player development and team success. You will be responsible for all aspects of first-team management, including:
- Leading coaching sessions and matchday operations
- Shaping the squad through recruitment and retention strategies
- Collaborating with youth coaches to strengthen pathways to senior football
- Representing the club with professionalism and pride
Key Attributes
- UEFA B Licence (minimum), with a proven track record in women’s or grassroots football
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Passion for building an inclusive, high-performance environment
- Commitment to the club’s long-term goals and community values
