The talented 19-year-old midfielder made his professional debut for the Hornets in August 2024, coming off the bench in a Carabao Cup tie against Milton Keynes Dons. He featured again in Watford’s next outing against Plymouth Argyle, continuing to impress with his composure and technical quality.

Ramirez-Espain was also part of the Watford youth team that enjoyed a fantastic FA Youth Cup run last season, reaching the semi-finals before narrowly being knocked out by Manchester City.

Known for his vision, creativity, and intelligent link-up play, Ramirez-Espain now joins the Glovers to continue his development and gain valuable first-team experience.

Manager Richard Dryden said:

“Leo is a really exciting young player with great energy and confidence on the ball. He’s got a bright future ahead of him, and this move gives him the chance to experience senior football in a competitive environment. We’re looking forward to working with him.”

Everyone at Yeovil Town welcomes Leo to Huish Park and looks forward to seeing him in green and white.
