The 20-year-old centre back joins the Glovers after spending last season on loan at Aldershot Town from Bristol Rovers, where he played a key role in the Shots’ FA Trophy victory, scoring at Wembley Stadium in the final.
Ellison began his career with Chippenham Town, making 30 National League South appearances and scoring four goals before earning a move to Bristol Rovers in 2024. His form also saw him rewarded with an England C call-up the same year.
Manager Richard Dryden said:
“Dan is a player I know well from our time together at Aldershot. He has a fantastic attitude, real potential, and has already shown he can perform on the big stage. He is strong, composed, and hungry to keep improving. We are really pleased to have him on board.”
Everyone at Yeovil Town welcomes Dan to Huish Park and looks forward to seeing him in green and white.
