The 22-year-old brings a wealth of senior experience to Huish Park, having made 42 Football League appearances for his parent club Bristol Rovers. In addition to his EFL experience, Ward impressed on loan in the National League, making 31 appearances for Forest Green Rovers last season and 19 appearances for Wealdstone the year before.

A highly rated young talent, Ward is known for his sharp reflexes, commanding presence, and calmness under pressure. His arrival adds proven quality between the posts as Mark Cooper continues to shape his squad ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

Manager Mark Cooper said:

“Jed’s a top young goalkeeper who already has experience at a very good level. He’s confident, a great shot-stopper, and someone who commands his area well. We’re really pleased to have him with us for the season.”

He will wear the number 1 shirt for the Glovers in the 2025/26 season.

Everyone at Yeovil Town welcomes Jed to Huish Park and looks forward to seeing him in green and white throughout the campaign.
