A familiar face and fan favourite during his loan spells at Huish Park last season, the 20-year-old quickly became popular for his energy, technical quality, and wholehearted performances in green and white.

Plant now makes his return to Somerset as Mark Cooper strengthens his midfield options ahead of the first half of the 2025/26 campaign.

With the late signing of paperwork, James Plant will be available for Saturday’s trip to Braintree Town.

Manager Mark Cooper said:

“James made a real impression here last season. He’s got great energy, real quality on the ball, and he knows what this club is about. We’re delighted to have him back.”

Everyone at Yeovil Town welcomes James back to Huish Park and looks forward to seeing him pick up where he left off.
