- 6:45 PM – Doors & Bar open
- 7:00 PM – Prabhu Srinivasan to circulate and meet fans
- 7:30 PM – Audience seated; Executive Chairman Stuart Robins welcomes Prabhu
- 7:35 PM – Quick introduction from Prabhu, Sahil & Bhavna
- 7:40 PM – Q&A session begins
- 8:45 PM – Q&A concludes; Prabhu to chat informally with fans

For those unable to attend in person or living further afield, the event will be live streamed, so all Glovers can be part of the evening wherever they are.
